You’ll be dazzled by the rolling waves, exciting culture, and the world famous Pirate Wreck. So come visit and take a break in a beach hammock, shop for some stylish local goods or get a soothing massage.
Island Living allows the player to settle their sims on a tropical island of Sulani, where they can spend days on activities such as canoeing and snorkeling. If they are lucky, they might even meet a mermaid.
- City Island 2 - Building Story (Offline sim game) is the sequel of the popular City Island game -also by Sparkling Society- which has been downloaded approximately 20 million times. In this game, you will create your own story by developing your tiny village into a large city, with a trainstation and transport for your citizens.
- Vacation Island is an area in SimNation that was added in The Sims: Vacation. Sims can go there on a family vacation, or a Sim can take a date to the Island. Either way, the round trip costs § 500. The island is divided into three areas, each of which has a different environment.

Default value: the price shown in neighborhood view when you point mouse cursor on a lot. Available only for residential non-occupied houses. After you enter lot and return to neighborhood view, even without saving lot, the value changes the value shown in “Lot Information”.
